Funbrain Poptropicaregister

sole with ratatouille

But to you the examination session, there is melting and brains Fortuna is lacking slightly, and then grit my teeth and in the meantime ... I get distracted by cooking for my boyfriend!

The other night I thought to nourish our minds from the books with the fish tired.

Tagliatelle
tomatoes capers

oil
salt and pepper

I took the fillets of sole, I've rubbed with lemon and then stir-fried with oil for about 4 minutes per side. In a separate pot I made a sauce with capers and tomatoes, adding a spoonful of caramelized sugar sauce.

As a side dish instead I made a ratatouille of vegetables (and since the movie came out that I wanted to try it!).

1 onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic
1 eggplant, cut into cubes 1 zucchini cut

diced 1 bell pepper chopped
2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
salt, pepper, oil

Cook onions in oil until they become translucent. Then add the garlic and cook for a minute, then add the vegetables. After about 5 minutes, pour the tomato sauce, seasoned with salt and pepper (I prefer to use the nut though) and mix well.

It cooks in about 20 minutes, keeping the pan covered and stirring from time to time.

And here's the result!

sure to uncork a bottle of wine, strictly white ...!

Right Kidney Pain Causes

exam e. ..... SUGAR!

It sounds silly, but for us students univeritari proper nutrition is essential especially in exams, when we are tired and stressed ...
The brain uses about one-fifth of all energy organization and therefore needs glucose and an appropriate amount of sodium and potassium.

Here are some tips to make the most of the study and not get tired on the day of:

To thwart the 'brain oxidation is well to limit saturated animal fats: butter, lard, bacon , which oxidize neurons ....
.... very important are beta carotene and vitamin E.

Already precendeti post we talked about foods that help the memory :
  • Whole grains, green leafy vegetables, cabbage, onions, soy and dairy products are rich in magnesium.
  • green leafy vegetables containing folic acid.
  • lentils, soy, eggs and rice, a good source of lecithin.
  • The carnitine-rich foods (red meat and dairy products), choline (milk, eggs, peanuts) and coenzyme Q10 (fruits and vegetables).
  • Sesame seeds are alkaline, energy, muscle and nerve tonic.
  • yogurt, wheat germ, whole grains, berries and fruits dry foods rich in vitamin B1

is needless to say that you should never give up the breakfast, which gives the correct charge, and must be balanced, hearty and nutritious.

... In order to maintain a constant level of concentration during the study , treat yourself every now and then a break and eat a small snack to avoid lapses in concentration, often due to a slight decrease in the rate of glucose blood.

Secondary Education In Singapopre In The 70s

vegetable soup

not know about you, but even if it's been a month since Christmas, we are under testing now and unfortunately for me, and I think (I hope - unity is strength!) That for you it means to be filled with snacks from vending machines, simply because it is the only thing that gives my new home: the library!

Tonight I came home after a long study session and, unlike when I was a child (to reconnect to comment the previous post), I felt like vegetables, something light and so I made a soup.

I do not like this soup, but I must say that I followed the recipe this time that I found in a book is really good!

Serves 4:

4 tomatoes
1 tablespoon oil 2 onions, finely chopped
2 carrots, diced 2
small zucchini, diced
2 cloves garlic, crushed 250g
tomato puree
600ml of broth
600g beans
salt and pepper Parmesan

(not having tomatoes and beans at home, I added a stalk of celery )

1. Boil water and mingle for a few seconds and then the tomatoes, then peel, remove seeds and cut into cubes.
2. In a skillet deep enough to heat the oil with the onions until they are transparent. Then add the zucchini, carrots and garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes.
3. Pour the past and let go low heat until it withdraws a bit 'the sauce, then add the broth.
4. Boil, stirring, pour the tomatoes. Cook for 10 minutes.
5. Then pour in the drained beans and continue cooking for another few minutes.
6. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve!

Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture to my plate (I was too fameee!) Then carry the book.

Food & Memorabilia!

Good afternoon all:)

read the recipe for panna cotta with Alice, I am reminded of an episode that I remember with some emotion because it is linked to my first crush: p
From this association between the food and the memories I had the idea to offer this post so that you too can write and share with other foods that will rise to any memory: the thrill of a heart beat, the memory of mom or dad prepare the lasagna in the kitchen, the love of grandparents with a cake and so on. C ome Proust said at the beginning of his masterpiece "In Search of Lost Time", a madeleine has the power to bring back to the years of childhood . So the the food may become a sort of time machine! What do you think?
