Right Kidney Pain Causes

It sounds silly, but for us students univeritari proper nutrition is essential especially in exams, when we are tired and stressed ...
The brain uses about one-fifth of all energy organization and therefore needs glucose and an appropriate amount of sodium and potassium.

Here are some tips to make the most of the study and not get tired on the day of:


To thwart the 'brain oxidation is well to limit saturated animal fats: butter, lard, bacon , which oxidize neurons ....
.... very important are beta carotene and vitamin E.

Already precendeti post we talked about foods that help the memory :
  • Whole grains, green leafy vegetables, cabbage, onions, soy and dairy products are rich in magnesium.
  • green leafy vegetables containing folic acid.
  • lentils, soy, eggs and rice, a good source of lecithin.
  • The carnitine-rich foods (red meat and dairy products), choline (milk, eggs, peanuts) and coenzyme Q10 (fruits and vegetables).
  • Sesame seeds are alkaline, energy, muscle and nerve tonic.
  • yogurt, wheat germ, whole grains, berries and fruits dry foods rich in vitamin B1

is needless to say that you should never give up the breakfast, which gives the correct charge, and must be balanced, hearty and nutritious.

... In order to maintain a constant level of concentration during the study , treat yourself every now and then a break and eat a small snack to avoid lapses in concentration, often due to a slight decrease in the rate of glucose blood.


.. and when the anxiety before the examination day ..... Avoid stimulants such as caffeine and alcohol.
.... rather let a nice relaxing herbal tea made from lemon balm and passion flower!
