Appetizer fast and fresh!
I sliced \u200b\u200bthe bread and put it in a pan for a few minutes over low heat to cook it.
In the meantime I have put in a sound package of Philadelphia and a sprig of arugula, washed and dried. I have "mixed" together (but if you do not have the mixer can mix philadelphia and arugula in a bowl, cut in tiny pieces the rocket).
Remove bread from pan and spread the mixture.
