After so many modern or extravagant cocktail here's a classic Dry Martini, or for friends only .. Martini! This is in fact a drink undisputed king of the cocktail party, once so popular, and dominates the scene at least a century! What do you need?
6 cl gin
0.75 cl dry vermouth 1 green olive
It goes like this:
Take a shaker and fill it for three quarters.
Pour gin and vermouth and shake well.
Strain the cocktail into a glass (the best classic martini glass if you have it!) And garnish with the olives!
