Risotto with artichokes

Here is a quick recipe and very delicate ...

Put in a pan some oil and a little Sofritti (I use frozen ones) and add the rice (for doses my mother suggested that I calculate two punches for every person and one for the pot) . Pour the broth over and add a cooking sauce with artichokes (found in all supermarkets) ...

The risotto is ready!

A classic: the Dry Martini

After so many modern or extravagant cocktail here's a classic Dry Martini, or for friends only .. Martini! This is in fact a drink undisputed king of the cocktail party, once so popular, and dominates the scene at least a century!

What do you need?

6 cl gin
0.75 cl dry vermouth 1 green olive

It goes like this:

Take a shaker and fill it for three quarters.
Pour gin and vermouth and shake well.
Strain the cocktail into a glass (the best classic martini glass if you have it!) And garnish with the olives!

Secondary Education In Singapopre In The 70s

vegetable soup

not know about you, but even if it's been a month since Christmas, we are under testing now and unfortunately for me, and I think (I hope - unity is strength!) That for you it means to be filled with snacks from vending machines, simply because it is the only thing that gives my new home: the library!

Tonight I came home after a long study session and, unlike when I was a child (to reconnect to comment the previous post), I felt like vegetables, something light and so I made a soup.

I do not like this soup, but I must say that I followed the recipe this time that I found in a book is really good!

Serves 4:

4 tomatoes
1 tablespoon oil 2 onions, finely chopped
2 carrots, diced 2
small zucchini, diced
2 cloves garlic, crushed 250g
tomato puree
600ml of broth
600g beans
salt and pepper Parmesan

(not having tomatoes and beans at home, I added a stalk of celery )

1. Boil water and mingle for a few seconds and then the tomatoes, then peel, remove seeds and cut into cubes.
2. In a skillet deep enough to heat the oil with the onions until they are transparent. Then add the zucchini, carrots and garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes.
3. Pour the past and let go low heat until it withdraws a bit 'the sauce, then add the broth.
4. Boil, stirring, pour the tomatoes. Cook for 10 minutes.
5. Then pour in the drained beans and continue cooking for another few minutes.
6. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve!

Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture to my plate (I was too fameee!) Then carry the book.

Medicine For Knee Swelling

Food & Memorabilia!

Good afternoon all:)

read the recipe for panna cotta with Alice, I am reminded of an episode that I remember with some emotion because it is linked to my first crush: p
From this association between the food and the memories I had the idea to offer this post so that you too can write and share with other foods that will rise to any memory: the thrill of a heart beat, the memory of mom or dad prepare the lasagna in the kitchen, the love of grandparents with a cake and so on. C ome Proust said at the beginning of his masterpiece "In Search of Lost Time", a madeleine has the power to bring back to the years of childhood . So the the food may become a sort of time machine! What do you think?
S iete ready to travel in time? Waiting for your comments and your memories! :)

In an ideal day with average spring weather and wind was handed the new mainsail in the Millennium EPEX Carbon 40 "Flying Cloud" by David Noli.

here with 4 knots of wind.

Very good performance of the boat on Saturday, the ranking was affected by faults in operation (eighth overall and sixth in Class 1) but on Sunday got a wonderful smooth and overall victory in the classroom, thanks to the slight change of set-up of the tree.

Now overall Millennium sees 40 to second place at five points off the top dell'ORC1

Next meeting on January 29 to 30.
