The cellulite can be classified as an inflammatory process or aesthetic anomaly.

The inflammatory process is manifested by swelling, redness, pain and needs a drug treatment . Most cases of cellulitis is instead treated as a cosmetic condition , given by skin dimpling and relief, thus requiring cosmetic treatment .

GRADE 2: form of the ripples and dimples. All stages of grade 1 are increased, there are reticular fibers around the adipocytes, which are thicker. You experience a worsening of the microcirculation, the skin loses elasticity and softness, it is cold and pale, you may experience numbness with abnormal skin sensation.

GRADE 3: addition of the ripples and striations scuppered. It forms a pattern which hinders the metabolic exchanges between adipocytes and microcirculation. The layer can sclerotic connective hyperkeratosis and loss of oxygen. The skin becomes "cottage orange ".

GRADE 4: starting to emerge palpable nodules or veins. These may give irreversible fibrosis, characterized by sclerosis, with the final formation of an increasingly dense fibrillar network around the muscle fibers. The skin orange peel is stronger, the skin is more pale and hypothermic, the streaks are sensitive to the touch.
